Detroit Hot Wheel City

Fast service. Had a a bent wheel that I needed replaced, brought in just the wheel. They were so accommodating I had them put the wheel on the car and straighten the bent wheel all at a very reasonable price. I will be visiting for my next set of tires! They also do have a very impressive selection of wheels in stock!

100% satisfied!!! I went to several tire and wheel shops during my course of finding what I truely loved. Tony at Hot Wheel city was great, he was by far the greatest at showing me my choices, he wasn’t pushy, even offered to order wheels if I could not find what he had in stock. This Hot Wheel city was over an hour away from my home, I was visiting family and decided to stop in. Because of the service I received I went back and gave Tony my business. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

I had a great experience with Anthony (“Tony”) at Hot Wheel City. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my tires taken care of. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. Tony’s customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. If you need tires or any wheel-related work done, I highly recommend asking for Tony at Hot Wheel City. He went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I have to edit my original five star review. First time I went to this place they took great care of me, customer service was great, and it was a fantastic price. Second time, called there and got another great price quote for my other car. Drove a half hour to get there only to find that the gentleman was trying to sell me tires with a 2020 date stamp . I can't imagine anybody even selling 6-year-old tires as new. All he had to do was let me know prior to coming out that they were stamped with a 2020 date. Instead, when I saw the date stamp and pointed it out to him, he acted surprised and said "oh, that must be why they're on sale." Not good business.

I had a fantastic experience at Hot Wheel City! This is the second time I’ve bought a set from them. Their team is always welcoming and professional. Anthony the salesman who helped me, really stood out, he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. You can get ahold of him directly anytime and he will always respond. The selection of rims and tires was impressive, and the quality of service was top-notch. Everything was handled efficiently, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend checking them out. Ask for Anthony you won’t be disappointed!
